This tutorial is so obsolete, it should go to the museum of Internet pages. You can go on reading below, but here are some useful links:

Download Easy-PHP from www.easyphp.org/

Pick one.

If you've downloaded it to your desktop, then it should be easy to find. Else, find where easyphp1-8_setup.exe went and run it.

Once you've installed it a small icon should appear somewhere by the clock on the lower right part of the screen. Right click it!

In the configuration file look for the document root (documentroot).

If you found the document root, now you need to tell it what directory your website is in.

Once you've updated the website's path, you have to restart EasyPHP.

On your browser type http:\\localhost and you should be able to view your website :).
